DadGear

CSU College of Business approached Greystone in 2010, looking for a company would could assist them in providing a redesign of their current site as well as identifying areas that was preventing their audience from calling and signing up for an Online MBA. We identified a two phased approach to help them achieve their goals – first was a design realignment, followed by a complete redesign (currently in progress).

Results of the design realignment include an increase of visitor engagement; increase average pages/visit by 14%, increased average time on site by 29%, improved bounce rate of visitor by 19% and increased returning visitors by 11%.

CSU OnlinePlus has been working with Greystone since 2009 in areas of search marketing and landing page optimization. Not only was our services spent in online marketing, we collaborated with OnlinePlus in direct mail marketing campaigns by designing specific landing pages to enhance and encourage a high conversion rate. Each landing page was designed to work in tandem with the print ad by maintain a consistent message and a consistent branded look to the main CSU OnlinePlus page.

DadGear, LLC manufactures and distributes diaper bags designed for fathers.  In 2009 Greystone began working on an initiative to increase orders placed on DadGear.com as management desired to shift focus to direct online sales and away from the less profitable areas of brick & mortar sales and third party dropship partnerships. 

Greystone implemented a strategic design strategy, reorganized the sales process, and launched a simpler web site focused on streamlining the online sales process and highlighting new specialty items such as officially licensed collegiate items.

Eheart Interior Design

We redesigned Eheart design, for though it was beautiful, it failed to convert website visitors into store visitors. To achieve a higher conversion, we rearchitected the site to appeal to several different audiences – from families wanted to remodel their kitchens to individuals wanting to re-carpet their living room.  Medcom offers many products, in many forms, to many customer. You can rent or buy their medical devices, and you can do so if you are a hospital looking for a partner, physical therapy company looking for parts and service, or an individual recovering from a surgery. These are a wide range of possibilities, and in order to increase conversion, will creating and implementing an overall rebrand was our challenge as we engaged with them.
